Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, delivery addresses, order records, newsletter email addresses when you subscribe, submitted reviews, and style consultation messages. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store full card numbers.
Why we use it
We use this information to process and fulfil orders, manage accounts, provide support and style consultations, prevent misuse, and meet legal record-keeping obligations. Marketing is sent only with consent.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments and may send payment receipts when receipt emails are enabled. Lovable Cloud stores accounts, orders and other application records and provides authentication. The current custom-domain site is hosted by Vercel; the Lovable site is hosted by Lovable. The style consultant uses Lovable AI to process consultation messages. No separate newsletter email delivery provider is currently connected; subscriptions are stored for the business. Providers may process data outside Australia under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses browser storage for your bag, wishlist and sign-in session. Authentication and hosting providers may use necessary cookies for security and service operation. No advertising pixel or separate analytics integration is currently configured in the site code.
Access, correction and deletion
Email hello@zaytoon.com.au to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw newsletter consent, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. Records required by law may be retained even after account deletion.
Security
We restrict administrative access and use encrypted connections. Do not include sensitive personal information in style consultations.
